• Abbey- Treasury Report
  • 2023 Spent $1,236 on all expenses
  • Currently have $3,027 in account, before meeting/dues collected
• Open Positions
  • President and Treasurer, email Melissa for Nominations prior to 6/4
  • 1 or 2 board positions. President likely to fall into Board position during transition
• EFLA Website
  • Laurie made updates
• Merchandise
  • Melissa to distribute PDF of all available items
  • Hannah will be taking orders until 6/7, as they are custom printed
• Tree Report
  • Matt John provided summary of the previously planted trees.
    • Motion passed to spend $1,500 on new trees to plant by the wetlands. Matt John to headline committee
• Boat Parade
  • July 3^rd boat parade to commence at Abbey’s (outside of the access) with 80’s Theme
  • Prizes for 1^st 2^nd and 3^rd. Secret Judges will verify winners
• Golf Tournament
  • Eric will coordinate those who wish to participate in a EFLA golf tournament this fall. Course and time TBD (likely Preserve or Pines).
• Annual Pig Roast
  • Committee spot open. Need to assign new location for this fall. TBD
